K-Rend soft wash

Today we were outside Ballyclare at a repeat customers home. Such a beautiful property in the country. Unfortunately, as with any K-Rend finish, being out in the country and surrounded by trees can cause moss ans algae to appear on buildings.

These microorganisms take energy from sunlight and carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and can be very noticeable on a white K-Rend wall.

We tackled this full property, including garage using or soft wash method to remove moss and algae. There were some areas towards the rear of the house that took several coats to remove the staining. The rear of this property is in direct sunlight for most of the day, hence why the staining was worse at the rear of the property.
