1. Steam Roof Cleaning

Our steam cleaning system uses a unique integrated hotbox system, allowing us to precisely control both the temperature and pressure of the steam clean. This gives us greater control during the cleaning process and allows us to tailor the system to the requirements of each individual roof, helping to minimise the risk of damage.

Once the roof has been thoroughly cleaned, a professional biocide treatment is applied. This helps eliminate remaining organic growth and helps keep the roof cleaner for up to 3 years, depending on environmental conditions.

2. Roof Scraping

For roofs where scraping is the most appropriate method, we use professional roof scraping poles and specialist scraping heads, selected to suit the profile and characteristics of each individual roof.

This allows us to carefully remove moss, lichen and other organic growth from the roof surface. Once scraping is complete, a biocide treatment is applied to target any remaining organic growth and help prevent regrowth.

The treatment helps maintain a clean roof for up to 3 years, depending on weather and environmental conditions.
